"Seasoned Contractors Serving Wasatch and Summit County"
"We worked with Keith Van Dyke on a mother-in-law's suite basement apartment addition to a townhouse. The apartment consisted of a one bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, living room of about 800 square feet. Keith had the project form the onset and dealt with permits, HOA rules and regulations including attending meetings with the county for the permit approval and sending letters out to neighbors close to the surrounding unit to inform them of the intent to put in the mother-in-law's suite. He then was able to address concerns regarding the addition with both groups. We were able to successfully get the permits and HOA approval for the addition.
Dealing with Keith has always been a positive experience. He is always on an even keel and thinks things through before committing to things. He shares his experience on how things should be done the correct way and must be done to comply with the building codes. He always dealt with us in an honest way and has a deep integrity built into his character.
His crews were polite, considerate, skilled, and problem solvers. They were careful of the property they were not working on and tried to keep the dust down in the rest of the house.
Keith's bid was very close to the actual final dollar amount that he predicted it would be. The quality of the work and final outcome was better than we imagined. We are very happy with the final result of our mother-in-law's suite. We highly recommend Keith as a contractor and would use him again if we need to build anything else in the area in the future."
